    Meet Pink Bourbon, a rare cross between red and yellow bourbon, cultivated at the elevated Finca Tamana. With Tim Wendelboe's expertise, Elías Roa transformed the farm into a premier specialty coffee destination. This coffee underwent an 80-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a cup of exceptional complexity with notes of grape hi-chew, tropical fruits, and citrus candy.
