From the Banko Gotiti washing station in the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this heirloom lot was personally selected by Berg Wu, 2016 World Barista Champion. The washed process brings full clarity to the cup. Yellow peach opens with soft sweetness, followed by oolong tea and a gentle bergamot lift, with white florals carrying through to a clean, lingering finish.
