Los Nogales sits in El Diamante, outside Bruselas in Huila, where the Hernández family has farmed coffee for three generations. Oscar Hernández now leads the farm, known for its research into fermentation and rare varietals. Ripe fig and mango open the cup, followed by a dried jujube sweetness. Honeysuckle lifts the finish with a soft floral note. Naturally processed, this Java lot is sweet, rounded, and easy to drink.
