We believe that “coffee-for-everyday” should be fast-paced and dynamic to fit with city people’s lifestyle while the coffee quality and outstanding services should not be compensated.

Our goal is to redefine the Third Wave coffee - encouraging a more inclusive coffee culture, respecting the desire for both a simple coffee story and a complex one and ultimately build the community of “#RISEwithThePeople”

As part of RISE, we also established RISE LAB, a micro-roastery coffee lab started from a group of unconventional coffee enthusiasts who’s obsessed with all aspect about making coffee.

We source, roast, cup and train.
Basically anything to do with coffee we have it here.

We also work closely with local farmers to help improve their knowledge and ensure the best quality green bean to be delivered to our lab door.

At the coffee lab, we are all about the 3Es - Exploration, Experimentation and Explanation.
We believe in the “Never stop learning” motto, and we are continuously working within the team to explore new roasting approaches, improve quality control process and ensure only the best coffee are sent to our coffee bar and wholesale customers.
