RISE COFFEE begain in 2016 not as a business plan, but as a small home roasting setup and a growing obsession with what coffee could be. There was no roastery, no café, just curiosity and a belief that coffee in Thailand could go further than what most people had tasted before.

That belief shaped everything since. We moved beyond buying green coffee off a shelf and started building direct relationships with Thai farmers and processors, working season after season to understand not just how coffee tastes, but how it's grown and cared for long before it reaches a roaster. Today, that network has grown into more than 10 direct farm relationships across Thailand, built on trust and a shared belief that Thai coffee deserves to be taken seriously.

That pursuit led us to open our flagship store in Ploenchit alongside RISE LAB, our in-house roastery, where roasting became a discipline of its own, every batch cupped, adjusted, and refined so the work happening at origin could actually be tasted in the cup.

But RISE was never meant to stop at being a café. To us, RISE is a network of passionate people working toward the same thing: making a genuine, progressive difference in the Thai coffee scene. That ambition has pushed us across the full vertical of coffee, from farm sourcing and roasting, to consulting, to retail and the café experience itself. What we learn from a farmer shapes how we roast, what we roast shapes how we train, and what we train shapes what you experience across the counter.
