From Daye Bensa's Buncho Station in Shantawene, Sidama, this 74158 lot is sourced from 940 smallholder farmers across the Bensa highlands and dried naturally at 2,000 metres. Peach opens with ripe, soft sweetness, followed by cranberry's light tartness and rose apple's bright freshness. Vanilla carries through to the finish, long and clean. Expressive and full-bodied with a composure that's rare in a natural.
